Surely when you go through security at the airport you then have to take the power pack, which I would have to buy, out of the case and place alongside you phone / laptop etc??? What a faff!!!

So if I purchase a charger, I can put it in my suitcase and then use it to charge my phone? Come to think of it… my old bag had this same feature.

Best backpack I ever bought. I still have it like new. The secreto to keep your back pack clean and to make it durable, is to never ever set it on the floor, or close the zip while holding the back pack with one hand.

Unfortunately the laptop compartment is pretty useless for air travel. Given the weight you’ll most likely have to check this in and still carry the laptop separately. So an extra area that will most likely not be used in most cases. Probably just good for an overnight travel where you just have a laptop and 1 shirt to meet hand carry weight requirements. I’d return this if I could and just get a regular small luggage

Unless I'm missing something I cannot comprehend the usefulness and/or practicality of this option. Maybe the manufacturers found a huge supply of USB connectors for which they had to find a use for. However inquiring minds would like to know if somebody has found this option useful. Please explain its benefits.

Additional information about the Securitime Frame: I checked the 67cm version in domestic and international flights and it survived well to the usual rough handling. Got a dent in one of the corners, but otherwise it looks mostly unharmed. I think the proportions are slightly different compared to similarly sized pieces of luggage, making it easy to spot in the carousel. No problems with latches or handles. So far I'm happy with it, would buy again.
